Coffee time at The Meadows builds community and friendships |
One of the visions of First Lutheran Foundation was to build an independent living community for older adults that would be attractive, functional and affordable. That vision became reality when the Foundation constructed The Meadows at Otter Creek, a 36 unit facility located at 4880 Otteson Lane, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Meadows at Otter Creek is a smoke-free environment for adults 55 years of age or older. It has one or two bedroom apartments available for rent. The facility has optional indoor parking, beautiful grounds with garden plots and wildlife, a Terrace Lounge for gathering and socializing, complimentary cab service, and more. Located near the Oakwood Mall, The Meadows is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theaters and banks.
