Projection capabilities in the sanctuary enhances the worship experience

The worship of First Lutheran is videotaped and shown on Public Access TV – Channel 993 (digital) or channel 96 (analog), each Wednesday at 1 p.m.

The Multimedia Ministry of First Lutheran Church provides projection capabilities in the sanctuary. Words of songs and hymns and camera shots are projected on a large screen at the front of the church.

The Multimedia controls are in the balcony and consist of a central computer, three monitors, two cameras, and projector. Monitors throughout the church allow people to view worship and sanctuary activities in a variety of locations. The Multimedia Team has video and editing capabilities and occasionally create video clips to enhance worship.

In addition, First Lutheran audio and video records worship on cassette tapes, CD and DVD and podcast on FLC's Web page to view and listen on-line.  Volunteers deliver cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs  to the members who cannot make the services at FLC or who do not have cable TV access.
